Once you have filled in the contact form, you will see a predefined message: Your Email was sent successfully

I want to change this message, how can I do it?

Hello afernandez

The following information are for Microweber Version Microweber-1-8-0,
but should be valid for other versions.

There are 2 ways to do that :

FIRST : Quick and very DIRTY!!
You can change the language definition file... "en.json" ... or the file of your preferred language !

Goto path ...\userfiles\modules\microweber\language\en.json
Edit the file en.json

Search for the line with the entry
"your-email-was-sent-successfully":"Your Email was sent successfully",
and change the language translation part to whatever you want.

SECOND : The correct way !
You can change the language definition file... "en.json" ... or the file of your preferred language !

Goto path ...\userfiles\modules\microweber\language\en.json
Edit the file en.json

Search for the line with the entry
"your-email-was-sent-successfully":"Your Email was sent successfully",
below add a new line...for example
"your-contact-inquiry-was-sent-successfully":"Your contact inquiry was sent successfully",

Goto path ...\userfiles\modules\contact_form\templates\dark.php
Edit the file dark.php

Search for line
<?php _e("Your Email was sent successfully"); ?>
change to
<?php _e("Your contact inquiry was sent successfully"); ?>

Goto path ...\userfiles\modules\contact_form\templates\default.php
<?php _e("Your Email was sent successfully"); ?>
Edit the file default.php

Search for line
<?php _e("Your Email was sent successfully"); ?>
change to
<?php _e("Your contact inquiry was sent successfully"); ?>

To be shure that the changes will be valid for the next call to your site, you should
delete/backup the cache sections of your site !!

Goto path
.../storage/cache
and rename it to
.../storage/cache_OLD

Goto path
.../userfiles/cache
and rename it to
.../userfiles/cache_OLD

Hope this helps....
